Terms of Service

1. The service. Aesthetic Preview provides a web-based tool that lets your patients see simulated treatment previews. It is a visual aid for consultations. It is not a medical device, medical advice, diagnosis or a guarantee of results.
2. Your account. You must be a registered business or practitioner in good standing. You are responsible for your staff's use of the account and for keeping login details secure.
3. Your responsibilities. You must:
   • Use previews only as an illustration, and tell patients clearly that results vary.
   • Not present simulations as real before and after results, or use them in advertising in a misleading way.
   • Comply with all rules that apply to your practice, including CQC / regulator requirements, ASA/CAP advertising rules, and prescription-only medicine advertising rules (see section 7).
   • Make sure treatments, amounts and prices you list are accurate and that you are qualified to offer them.
   • Not upload photos of anyone who has not consented, and not use the service for anyone under 18.
4. Data protection. For patient photos and related data, you are the controller and we are your processor. We will process that data only on your instructions, apply appropriate security, use the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, and help you respond to patient rights requests. A Data Processing Addendum is available on request from hello@aestheticpreview.com and forms part of these terms.
5. Plan, payment and trial. There is one plan, billed at £39 per month via Stripe. It includes a 1-week (7 day) free trial, which converts to paid unless cancelled before the end. Trial accounts include a limited number of patient preview sessions. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Your price is locked in for as long as your subscription stays continuously active.
6. Usage limits. Paid accounts have unlimited patient previews, subject to fair use.
7. Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI output can vary and may occasionally be inaccurate or unavailable.
9. Intellectual property. We own the platform and software. You own your branding and your content. You give us permission to display your branding on your patient pages.
10. Limitation of liability. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or any decision a patient makes based on a simulation.
11. Indemnity. You will cover reasonable costs arising from claims caused by your breach of these terms or your clinical decisions and advertising.
12. Termination. We may suspend accounts for non-payment, misuse or breach. You can export your settings on request.
13. Governing law. The laws of England and Wales apply.
